My "Traveling Zumba Party" is a great way to introduce people to how much fun exercise can be. All parties are completely customized to meet the desires of your specific group and party from 45-75 minutes. Based on whether you are looking to relax your guests at the end of a tough work week or get pumped up for the night, I can design a party that can also include intervals of strength training, a cool down with yoga, imagery, and other relaxing techniques. It can be a party of two or ten - you supply the space in your home and I will bring the party!
